SEA wiki style

On this page we can outline and discuss the style of the wiki. In general, it is a good idea to have a consistent style across the different pages (for example, now all the headers are either level H2 or H3, and I have used Horizontal Lines at the beginning and end of each pages and to separate different sections). The style for the wiki is not set in stone and can be further developed.

For citations and all other matters relating to writing style, I suggest we use the style guide for the American Anthropological Association, which is based on the Chicago Manual of Style.

Make sure that links to external pages open the page in a new window or tab; just put an asterisk (*) before the http address.
